If you've had a change of plans regarding your booked travel, you can cancel your booking following the specified cancellation policy. If your booking includes multiple services, you have the option to cancel one or all of them. In such cases, the individual cancellation policy will apply to the respective service or booking.
Here are two ways to cancel your booking:
1. Via Online from My Profile:
- Log in to your account (if not already logged in).
- Visit the Travel History section.
- Click on "See Details" for the order you want to cancel.
- Choose the items you wish to cancel.
- View the refund amount.
- Provide a cancellation reason.
- Accept the calculated refund amount.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- Upon confirmation, you will receive a short notification email. We will initiate the cancellation process and keep you informed of the progress within 48 hours. After the cancellation process is confirmed, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email along with the expected refund amount. Your order status will indicate whether it is fully or partially canceled. If you do not receive any updates from us after 48 hours, we recommend contacting us via phone.
2. Via Phone: Alternatively, you can reach out to us via phone and request support. In this case, please provide the booking code starting with an English capital letter 'O' or the invoice ID starting with an English capital letter 'I.'
For transparency with our customers, please note that we do not currently support cancellations via email. If you have any questions or require assistance, feel free to contact us through the provided channels.
